Considering that the
final examinations were close, students and lecturers were encouraged to
participate and the number present (101) were indeed encouraging. Both lecturers,
Ms. Au Yong Hui Nee and Mr. Theodore K.C Wong, provided not just theoretical
and practical materials, they gave a number of examples practiced in their
organizations and that of other successful companies who have implemented
Kaizen and its elements as successfully.
Opportunities were also given to participants to further enlarge on their
knowledge not only at the Q&A sessions, but during the lecture as well.
This provided a more interactive program and at the same time gave the lecturers
more serious or in-depth look at the effect of their lecture. In overall,
the feedback from the participants showed where PAAM and its content providers
should further strengthen. The request for continuing the program has given
fuel to PAAM to enlarge on the seminar’s contents.
