Japanese Cooking Demonstration
On April 11th, 2004 the Social Committee organized a Japanese cooking demonstration at PAAM’s office. This event received a supportive turnout from members, who did not forget to bring along their family members and friends. Among the recipes demonstrated were tempura and chawan-mushi. Merits go to our sporting Chefs Mr. KT Khor and Mrs. Ichikawa; both of them were very keen to demonstrate the art of making sushi. To those who had participated in this cooking fiesta, thank you very much for your support. Hmmm…sushi never tastes this good!!
